In light of the rapid changes the world is witnessing on political, social, and technological levels, the Second International Media Conference, titled “Media Facing Change: Challenges of Reality and Prospects for the Future,” will serve as an academic and professional platform to discuss the media’s role in addressing current issues and envisioning the future of the profession. The conference aims to bring together researchers, academics, and media professionals from around the world to exchange knowledge and expertise on the profound transformations in the media sector—particularly in light of digital advancements, ethical challenges, and shifting patterns of media consumption.

        1. Analyzing the current state of media in light of contemporary political, social, and cultural transformations.  

        2. Discussing the impact of the digital revolution on traditional media and the challenges facing digital media.

        3. Promoting professional and ethical principles of media work in times of crisis.  

        4. Highlighting the role of universities in preparing media professionals to face the future.

        5. Anticipating the future of Arab media,—particularly Iraqi media—in light of current challenges.
